Our Ubuntu Leadership Journey programme is a unique opportunity to explore new integrity leadership approaches for effectiveness and integrity.
Our Ubuntu Leadership Journey for Academics and Professionals organises and facilitates learning journeys for international and local groups to share our programmes and projects and the learning opportunities with those who join us on experiential learning leadership journeys. These Ubuntu experiences are organised over periods of from 1 to 14 days. These journeys are carefully designed to suit the needs of each group of professionals in their areas of expertise and experience with leadership learning as sustained focus.
Our previous clients include RABO Bank in the Netherlands, the Tilburg University Business School, TIAS, and Nijenrode Business Schools in the Netherlands as well as travel agency facilitated private groups. The Ubuntu Journey explores, embraces and builds conceptual and emotional empathy to to lead and deal with “wicked” problems in a VUCA world characterized by volatility, uncertainty, conflict and uncertainty. An immersive experience into our fascinating world filled with challenges and joy for a period of at least one month. You share your insights and expertise with us while co-creating prototype solutions to the wicked problems we deal with in our extended and connected South African ecosystem and realities. You will become our co-creator colleague and work, pray and love with us.
Compensation Streams are:

We assist with hospitality and collegiality to facilitate your immersive professional and personal growth here in cooperation with us.

We do charge a relatively small management and administrative fee for our real costs. This fee is payable by you and is negotiated on a case by case base.
An Ubuntu Bright Young Mind Personally designed internship for budding young academics, professionals, students and younger fellow travellers of all kinds
The destination is an immersive experience into our fascinating world filled with challenges and joy for a period of at least one month to share your insights and expertise with us while assisting us in co-creating prototype solutions to the wicked problems we deal with in our extended and connected South African network ecosystem and realities.
